Student Spotlight Submission guidelines

General

Be original
Must be school apropriate
You must be the owner of the copywrite or have express permission from the copywrite holder to allow you to submit your article / photo.

Articles

All interviewees must agree to the terms outlined in the media release form.

Photos

All major subjects must have given consent (A single person in the background who is nearly / completely unrecogniseable will not be considered major)

Must be relevant to a story or easily useable as a general photo.

How to upload:

When selecting your image please use .png or .tif / tiff file exrensions. Choose a horisontal resolution of 2160 and an image depth of 8-bit. If only .jpg / .jpeg are avalailable, that is fine but we prefer the other 2 specified file extensions. For any other file extensions please contact us here.
Write a clear description so that we know what the description is about.
